1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive sms with a tracking ID.
2. How does our order verification process work?
Once you place your order from our website. you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. You need to click on that link in order to verify your order. if the provided link is not working or responding you can call our customer care at 0306 4340510 or write an email to us at naturestime4u@gmail.com.
3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies.
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0306 4340510 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.
Option 1
You can directly return your product/s directly to AhbabPharmaGulbergIII Lahore , once we receive your products at Nature’s Time we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Option 2
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Nature’sTime, We will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return Nature’s Time products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Nature’s Time products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased Nature’s Time products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund
