Return & Refund Policy
At Nature’s Time, we are dedicated to uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an SMS with a tracking ID to monitor your delivery status in real time.
2. Order Verification Process
After placing an order, you will receive an automated SMS with a verification link. Please click the link to confirm your order.

3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging is unopened. If the packaging is opened and you are not satisfied, please contact customer care for guidance.
You can choose from the following return options:
Option 1: Self Return
Return your product(s) directly to:
Ahbab Pharma, Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Once received and inspected, we will refund the amount to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Option 2: Courier Pickup
Our partner courier will collect the item(s) from your delivery address. Once we receive and inspect the products:
- Rs. 200 will be deducted as courier charges
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please retain the original packaging and product. Contact us for instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. Returns for Products Purchased Elsewhere
If you bought Nature’s Time products from another online platform, please follow that site’s return and refund policies.
If you purchased from one of our retail partners, kindly return the product directly to the store in accordance with their return policy.
